Concept Development: Collaborated with stakeholders to understand the campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.

Creative Direction: Provided clear direction to videographers, ensuring that the visuals, typography, colours, and overall style of both static and video assets matched the campaign’s goals. This included guiding the visual narrative, selecting talent , and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Storyboarding and Planning: Created storyboards and shot lists that outline the flow of the video and key moments to highlight. For static assets, created the design layouts that effectively communicated the message in a visually engaging way.

Production Oversight: During the production phase (both video shoots and static asset creation), managed the process and met deadlines for an 8-week production schedule.

Post-Production: Oversaw the editing process, reviewing cuts for 10 videos and provided feedback to ensure the final video meets the creative vision.
