Pre-production planning: Collaborated with the Head of Marketing to plan the concept and style of the shoot.
Budgeting and scheduling: Managed the budget, ensured the resources are allocated efficiently, and created a detailed schedule for the day. Coordinated the logistics, such as booking the venue, hiring models, and securing equipment.
Talent and crew coordination: Oversaw the selection of models, stylists, and other crew members, ensuring that the right team is in place to execute the creative vision.
On-set management: Oversaw the shoot to make sure it stays on track, creatively and logistically, managing time, and ensuring that everyone is working cohesively toward the desired outcome.
